When will my order ship?
Orders placed Monday - Thursday ship the following day after your order is placed and orders placed Friday - Sunday will ship out on Monday, unless we inform you otherwise on the website or by email. Shipments are from Atlanta, Georgia and transit time will vary based on your distance from our facility. At this time, all shipments will be shipped ground and we are not able to expedite shipping. Additionally, at this time we are only able to ship to the eastern half of the country, with some variation due to distance from Atlanta.
How do I track my order?
Tracking numbers are sent out as soon as your order ships to the email address on your order. If you have any questions about the status of your order, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
What if my package does not arrive?
E-mail us at email@example.com. We’ll do our best to work with the carrier to resolve, though please note we are not responsible for errors in order or address entry which result in our shipping company not being able to deliver.
What do I do if I want to cancel or modify my order?
We try to ship orders as quickly as possible, which means we might not catch your order in time to adjust or cancel it. If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org before 8 am the morning after you placed your order and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
What do I do if I want a refund?
In the unlikely event you realize that ice cream is no longer your thing and the world is a cold dark place, please send us an email at email@example.com within 14 days of receipt of your package and we will refund your purchase.
